Field of specialization: Immunology: Host factors including immunogenetics and immunopathogenesis associated with different hepatitis viruses. Vaccine induced immune response associated with Hepatitis E and B viruses. Identification of immune correlates of protection following vaccination against Kyasanur Forest disease, Innate and adaptive immune response in Hepatitis E infection, Host factors and host genetic factors following Chikungunya infection.
